It was amazing visiting this salon. I needed to recover my body after the marathon. From the warm welcome to the great massage, everything was perfect. The atmosphere was clean and relaxing, and the staff were very friendly. It was my first visit, and since it was my birthday yesterday, I received a 40% discount, which was very kind. Had a massage with a lady, i didn't catch her name, but she was FABULOUS!♥️ Honestly, they have the best staffs. Always felt welcomed. ✨️

Went for a 60 minute flow oil massage which I unfortunately came a little late for my first time (recommended a little early for intake form). I was feeling a bit panicked but the second I walked in, I felt a lot better, being greeted with a calm interior, two great attendants and some tea. Although I was technically only losing around 5 minutes, it ultimately didn't matter in my eyes. Which leads me to the massage. Suffice to say it was fantastic. I was kinda drooling a lot because of how relaxing it was. It truly felt like an eternity of bliss, that even being late didn't matter. The washroom was also very clean, so bonus there. The only unfortunate thing is I wasn't able to have a quick chat with the massage therapist after. I find it a nice way to close off a session, but not a big deal. So whoever that was thanks 😊. Oh and there's free parking in the back. Ps I forgot to add this. Unfortunately the walls are a bit thin, so you may hear noises from outside here and there. The day I went it wasn't so bad and not a big deal to me personally. My room was also near the front so that may also be why.

I had a facial w Ava who was very professional and accommodating. The experience w her was nice however, when I booked for a Thai massage after the facial bc I enjoyed it so much, I was told I can have one right after. Then the front desk changed it to half an hour wait so I said I'll come back another time. Then I called back 10 mins later to check if I can take the appointment, it was still open. I was right outside parked in front. Then when I came in excited to try the Flow Thai Massage , apparently the masseuse had to leave and " did not want to stay later to do a massage".. or something to that sense. I have never gone to a massage place and that wasn't flexible. Especially if a customer enjoyed their experience and have the money and time this very night to stay longer at a spa to get more services, have I ever been denied of getting a service. I am soo surprised and I do a lot of recommendations on business and services as well. It's too bad really...Ava was really great though so 5 stars for her ...
