I cannot say enough positive things about Harold from Massage RX in Sayville. He truly puts his heart and expertise into every treatment. What sets him apart is his dedication—he pinpoints the issue, and if one technique doesn’t work, he tries a different technique until he finds what provides the most relief. I’ve been struggling with Thoracic Outlet Syndrome and multiple herniated cervical discs which has significantly impacted my daily life. My symptoms range from extreme muscle tightness around the rotator cuff and surrounding areas to varying degrees of numbness, burning, tingling, shooting, stabbing, radiating, sharp, and aching pains. I’ve undergone numerous medical treatments, including epidurals, nerve blocks, lidocaine trigger point injections, physical and occupational therapy, acupuncture, and consultations with orthopedic specialists, pain management doctors, and neurologists. None of these provided as much lasting relief as Harold has. Harold takes the time to identify the root cause of the pain and makes it his mission to address it. His cupping technique has been especially effective for me, and his use of moist heat during massages enhances the treatment’s impact. Depending on my needs, he also incorporates ice therapy and various props for proper positioning, ensuring maximum results. Beyond the massage itself, Harold goes above and beyond by offering insightful recommendations for home exercises and additional therapies, such as chiropractic care and Active Release Technique (ART). He even provides personalized homework exercises to help maintain progress between sessions. His physical strength, expertise, and years of experience make all the difference. Since working with Harold, I refuse to see anyone else. He is truly the best at what he does, and I highly recommend him to anyone seeking a knowledgeable, skilled, and dedicated massage therapist. Spectacular staft, office manager Shannon an absolute treasure, she will always ensure you get an appointment that meets your schedule, best for last, Lorraine and Harold, due to my schedule I'm unable to see Lorraine, but she took care of me post neck surgery 2018, I'm unable to thank her enough for getting me back to feeling like I never had surgery. Harold has been an absolute GODSEND, he has a massage treatment for what ails you, I can't count my blessings that he has an open appointment to meet my schedule.

Go somewhere else! The massage therapist was ok, but the rest of the experience was terrible. I had a 60 minute massage gift certificate . I called to say I'd be late. The receptionist told me no problem, come in. By the time I was on the table the masseuse told me I would only get 30 minutes because she had another appointment. When I came out to the desk she took the 1 hour certificate for the 30 minute one & said because I was late. If she had told me that on the phone I would have rescheduled. Then she said I owed them $10.00 because the price went up since my son purchased it, which was within the year. My gift certificate was for a 1 hour massage, not a monetary amount. DON'T GO HERE! Any other place would be better... rip off!

I emailed to see if they do a specific massage. I waited a few days and got no response. I called and got no answer. I left a message. After another day or two I finally got an email response. I then called up and set up an appointment. The earliest appointment was 16 days later. So, I booked that date. I show up today for my massage and I am not scheduled. I was in the system. They found my name but it said canceled because they booked me with a therapist that hadn't worked on Wednesday in months I was told. This is absolutely ridiculous so I just walked out because their solution was to have me schedule another appointment.
