Are you sure you are a spa?? Where people should feel calm and relaxed? I was walking down the stairs from a floor above and fell from the stairs and sprained my ankle, rang their door bell asking for some ice and explained to them what happened to me. (There was no one there floor above) the girl came out saying “no ice” then she starts filming me with her phone…crawling and half crying in pain…what kind of manner is that? Who does that?
