Yesterday afternoon, I went to this massage place and met a very attentive massage therapist. Her techniques were unique, something I had never experienced before. It was very comfortable and gentle, making me feel completely relaxed. I have never encountered such an excellent therapist elsewhere. Her name is Alina, and I highly recommend everyone to give it a try!

Unfortunately, my recent massage experience was not what I expected. The therapist seemed to have very little experience, moving quickly from one muscle group to another without much consistency. I found the pressure to be too firm, and when I requested a to be lighter, the pressure increased. Communication was also challenging as the therapist's English was limited. I unfortunately had to shorten my session after about 10 minutes.

I came in today to get a facial. It wasn't busy and I walked in. My mom got rear ended into on cross county parkway and needed my attention. (we weren't that far into the facial about 20 minutes). She charged me full price knowing the situation. I didnt argue, i was respectful and told her that i would pay what she thought was fair. I came to this location 3 times before and they give good service. But I would of expected them to use better judgement. Won't be back.
