I’m sorry, but this has to be one of the worst massages I’ve ever had in my life. I really wanted to like it because of the good reviews, but everything about my massage was painful and far from relaxing! I did a half-foot, half-body massage, and I’d say I felt good for a total of six minutes. The rest of the time was excruciating! I was literally whispering "WTF" under my breath. Some of the massage techniques felt awkward and almost borderline unsafe. I felt an elbow pressing into my spine way too many times, and I was stretched far beyond my body's limits. I was never asked if I wanted lighter or heavier pressure—I was literally fighting for my life. Wow. What a massage to remember, and definitely not for good reasons. When I got back to the lobby, I was ready to tell the front desk that it was the worst massage I’d ever gotten. The only thing that stopped me was that there was another customer waiting, so I didn’t.

I usually prefer to support Asian businesses and avoid leaving negative reviews, but unfortunately, my experience at this massage place was disappointing. I booked a 1-hour body massage for $80, expecting a relaxing and professional session, but it fell far short of those expectations. The masseuse assigned to me seemed inexperienced and unsure of what to do. The pressure was inconsistent—sometimes overly painful, other times so light it felt like I was just being touched, not massaged. I left feeling neither relaxed nor rejuvenated, which was disappointing for the price. The most uncomfortable part of the experience was the lack of privacy. During the massage, someone repeatedly knocked on and even opened the door while I was lying down, partially undressed. Having my lower back exposed while a stranger entered the room made me feel extremely uneasy. If there was an urgent matter, the proper approach would have been for the masseuse to step outside to address it discreetly. On top of that, I was charged an additional card transaction fee, which didn’t feel professional for a service-oriented business. Overall, my experience was not a positive one. I’m giving 2 stars because my friend, who was with me, seemed to have a much better experience with a more skilled masseuse. However, I personally would not recommend this place based on my visit.

Anna is Excellent!Hands down one of the best massage places l've been to. Everyone was friendly as soon as I entered the door. She immediately greeted me and was very friendly. I came in for a body massage but asked her to concentrate on my back instead of other places because of my painful knots and she did exactly that.She didn't stop massaging me for a whole body for 90 minutes and worked really hard. I was very impressed and grateful. Definitely will be coming back!❤️❤️
